Woman kills husband for assaulting daughter

A woman was arrested Tuesday for killing her husband who had sexually assaulted their disabled daughter. Their two other children were booked for assisting in the murder.

Police in Seongnam said the 48-year-old woman and her son and daughter suffocated the man last Wednesday after biding his hands and feet with ropes and put tape on his mouth.

They acted after the 48-year-old drunk father sexually assaulted their 26-year-old daughter, who suffers from brain lesions.

성남 중원경찰서는 17일 딸을 폭행한다는 이유 로 자녀들과 함께 남편을 질식사 시킨 혐의(폭행치사 등)로 이모(48ㆍ여)씨를 구속 했다.

또 어머니를 도운 자녀 2명을 같은혐의로 불구속 입건했다.

경찰에 따르면 이씨는 지난 11일 밤 10시께 성남시 중원구 자신의 집에서 남편( 48)이 술을 마시고 뇌병변 장애를 앓고있는 딸(26)을 폭행하자 자녀들과 합세, 남편 의 손과 발을 묶은 뒤 청테이프를 입에 붙여 질식사시킨 혐의를 받고있다.
