방송인 김구라가 MBC ‘황금어장-라디오스타’에 전격 복귀하게 된다.

방송가에 따르면 3일 MBC 예능본부는 방송인 김구라를 6월 초 인기 예능 프로그램인 라디오스타에 음주운전 자수 사건으로 하차한 유세윤의 후임으로 복귀시키기로 결정했다.

이는 김구라가 지난해 4월 위안부 막말로 지상파 방송에서 하차한지 1년 2개월 만이다. 올 4월에는 KBS ‘두드림’, 5월에는 SBS ‘화신-마음을 지배하는 자’ 등 연이어 지상파 방송에 복귀했지만 MBC 프로그램의 출연은 이번이 최초다.

관계자는 “시청자도 김구라 본인도 ‘라디오스타’ 복귀를 간절히 바라고 있다”며 “긍정적인 결과가 있을 것 같다”고 전했다. (코리아헤럴드)

Comedian Kim Gu-ra to rejoin popular talk show

Comedian Kim Gu-ra, known for his searing comments, will make a comeback to TV on“Radio Star“ in early June. 

Kim’s return to the talk show was reportedly decided on after one of its crew and comedian Yoo se-yoon had to withdraw from the program for drunk driving.

Kim, 42, took a one-year leave in 2012 after comments regarding the comfort women sparked public criticism. 

Kim restarted his career in April, joining KBS talk show “Do Dream” as a panelist.
