검찰이 '경영비리' 의혹으로 재판에 넘겨진 신동빈 롯데그룹 회장에게 징역 10년과 벌금 1천억원을 선고해달라고 재판부에 요청했다. 신동주 전 롯데홀딩스 부회장에겐 징역 5년을 구형했고, 신영자 롯데장학재단 이사장, 신 총괄회장과 사실혼 관계인 서미경씨에게는 각각 징역 7년을 구형했다. 신 전 부회장에겐 벌금 125억원, 신 이사장에겐 벌금 2천200억원, 서씨에겐 벌금 1천200억원도 함께 구형했다.
